My target 99000 Steps

I’m completing the Pushed to the Limits 99,000 steps challenge to support Together for Short Lives.

This Children’s Hospice Week, I will be completing 99,000 steps – one for every child living in the UK with a life-limiting condition. Every day their families are pushed to their limits. I push myself to my limit, to ensure that the hospices that support these children are not pushed to theirs.
That is why I am taking part in this challenge. Please help me raise as much as possible to support Together for Short Lives.

Day three - Wednesday 23rd June

Wednesday 23rd Jun
This morning I wasn't feeling it after my heavy day of steps yesterday (42,403).
Once up and out I enjoyed a 4.3 mile steady walk, got some steps in during the day and achieved 4 miles on the treadmill doing intervals.
Tomorrow I will achieve my 99,000 steps, yipee!
Anything after that's a personal goal!

Tuesday 22nd June - 42,403 steps

Wednesday 23rd Jun
A great day getting the steps in achieving 42,403 for the day making a total of 66,053 over two days.

Day Two - Tuesday 22nd June

Tuesday 22nd Jun
This morning was another early start but what a beautiful morning it was for just short of a 5 mile walk. A little chilly to start but lovely to hear the birds singing and the mist forming above the river.
I've had a great day making every step count whilst at work completing the tasks around village and what better way to enjoy the evening with another local walk whilst catching up with a friend.

Monday 21st June 23,650 steps

Tuesday 22nd Jun
Overall for the day I completed 23,650 Steps

Day One - Monday 21st June

Monday 21st Jun
This morning I was awake early so to make every step count, I decided to take an early morning walk, which gave me an excellent start to the day.
I haven't managed to get many steps in at work today as I have been working on arrivals, so I'm off now to run 5K !
